What Canadian businesses can learn from the Edelman Trust Barometer

We urgently need to understand the behaviours that erode trust and eradicate them. We need to value the practices that build trust and multiply those. Lack of trust is costly to society, to businesses and to us as individuals.

    Hi Dominique. Your note prompted me to get the full Edelman Report for 2015. Very interesting material on technology that I can put to use. Hope all is well with you these days.

      Hi Bob, I think the Edelman Trust Barometer is fascinating, discouraging, and probably a little on the high side. I’d bet you the real results are actually worse. I’m doubtful that the results in dictatorships are actually that high – more likely, people fear to dissent – just a guess though. Still, plenty of work to do for trust builders!
